The cap itself like my other Heritage caps is lovely. Good fit and lovely material. My only gripe is how it is shipped. As it’s an envelope the cap is flat as a pancake on arrival. The only way I can reshape it back to the Newsboy shape is to negate the guarantee by washing it at 30 degrees and reshaping it whilst it’s wet. No guarantee it works but thankfully this time it did.
